VisaDoc Guide is an independent informational website. We are not a government agency, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, visa application centre, airline, bank, insurance company or law firm. Our content is prepared for general travel-document education only.
2. No visa approval guarantee
We do not guarantee visa approval, entry approval, transit approval, passport return timelines, airline acceptance, insurance acceptance, or any government decision. Final decisions are made only by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, visa-processing centre, airline, airport staff, border authority or other official organization.
3. Information may change
Visa rules, entry rules, airline boarding policies, document requirements, bank-statement rules, fees, processing times and transit conditions can change without notice. We try to keep guides useful and updated, but we cannot promise that every page is always complete, current or error-free.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for verifying requirements with official sources before applying for a visa, buying tickets, booking hotels, purchasing insurance, submitting documents or traveling. You are also responsible for the accuracy and legality of any document you submit to an embassy, immigration authority or service provider.
5. Document review service
If you request document review support, our role is limited to checking your checklist, pointing out possible missing items, suggesting better organization and explaining common travel-document issues. We do not create fake documents, alter official documents, provide legal representation, submit applications as an official agent unless separately agreed, or guarantee any result.
6. No legal, financial or immigration advice
Nothing on this website should be treated as legal, financial, immigration, tax, banking, medical or professional advice. For complex cases, refusal history, overstay, criminal record, medical treatment, business migration, family migration or legal disputes, you should contact a qualified professional or the relevant authority.
7. Payments and refunds
If paid services are offered, the price, scope and delivery method will be shown before payment or confirmation. Fees for completed review work are generally non-refundable because time and manual review are involved. If a service cannot be delivered, we may offer rescheduling, replacement support or a refund at our discretion.
